It’s mandatory for all the participants to send a copy of a valid identity document double-sided (identity card, passport or driving license) pursuant to Article 9 of the T.U.L.P.S. of Italian law in order to receive the bid-paddle to bid / buy in auction; Laser Invest srl will have the right at its absolute discretion to refuse admission to its premises or attendance at its auctions by any person.

Letter complete with text sent from Messina to Naples on 24 January 1859 and franked with a very rare horizontal pair of the 5 grain dark carmine stamp I table (positions 69/70) and the 1 grain rust brown stamp I table I state (pos.9), all with wide margins.
