Any Lot identified as containing an NFT is subject to the Buyer’s Premium at a rate of 25% of the final Hammer Price, postage charge and in certain situations a fee for paying by card.
For Lots marked with (o) no VAT is charged.
For Lots marked with (†) or (Ω) VAT is chargeable on the Hammer price and the Buyer's premium at the standard rate (currently 20%).
For Lots marked with (x) VAT is chargeable on the Hammer price at the reduced rate (currently 5%) and on the Buyer's Premium at standard rate (currently 20%).
VAT on Margin scheme lots (identified by the absence of any VAT symbol next to the lot number) is payable at 20% on the Buyer’s premium only.
