The buyer shall pay a premium of 22% as hammer price (the price at which a lot is knocked down) VAT included.
The bidding and advances shall be regulated by and all the absolute discretion of the auctioneer and he shall have the right to refuse any bid or bids.
AUCTIONGALLERY shall have the right at its absolute discretion to refuse admission to its premises or attendance at its auctions by any person.
Upon the end of the sale, the Buyer shall at once pay to AUCTIONGALLERY the purchase price, if present in the sale-room, and within 7 days from receipt of the invoice, if bidder is absent.
No claims will be considered for “collezioni” lots.
The shipping cost is paid by the buyer and is estimated at € 12.00, including packaging. For bulky items that cost is calculated according to weight, after the purchase.
