    NZ Philatelic Brokers Ltd trading as the Complete Stamp Company is a family business formed in 1980.
    Over the last 40 plus years Richard Wooders has involved himself in every facet of the industry including being:

Terms And Conditions

New Zealand Philatelic Brokers Ltd offers the following material for sale subject to the conditions below:

All material is offered on a first in first served basis with the successful item winner being the first lodged and completed transaction.

In the case of multiple orders the unsuccessful customers will be notified by email separate to our sites automatic order confirmation response.

Standard Catalogue listed items are offered subject to availability but 99% of items offered are held in stock and all were available at time of listing,
any items that we are unable to supply, the customer will be notified by email once the order has been processed.

All items carry our standard guarantee

Items are despatched as per our postage and packaging schedule (see Link). All compensation against loss or damage is as outlined,
but New Zealand Philatelic Brokers Ltd take all care in packaging to prevent damage.

Items will not be despatched until full and clear payment has been received unless the client is know to us,
discretion on this matter is entirely that of New Zealand Philatelic Brokers Ltd.

Any defaults on payment due to returned cheques or credit card payments,
New Zealand Philatelic Brokers Ltd will seek compensation for the amount and any fees that have been incurred by New Zealand Philatelic Brokers Ltd in relation to this transaction.

In the case of New Zealand residents it is deemed that the prices shown include GST.
